In preparation for its 8th APF meeting in Berlin (22-23 May 2007), where Gender will be one of the highlighted themes -- the APF Support Unit and the NEPAD Secretariat organised a workshop in Berlin, Germany on 21 February.
The workshop brought together experts from international institutions, civil society and other stakeholders to gather their views on the key issues that must be addressed to help Africa effectively address the challenge of gender and economic equality.
